The color kept stable for syringaldehyde but turned to red in the case of acetosyringone, whose maximum wavelength shifted to 520 nm and was maintained for several hours.
Upon micelle formation, pyrene partitions into the micelle hydrophobic core and the maximum wavelength emission shifts from 332 to 334.5 nm.
As shown in Fig. 6a, the excitation band becomes narrower, and the maximum excitation wavelength shifts from 395 to 341 nm for CeF3: Eu3+/See-15/IS (See Fig. 6 IS).
Upon the addition of Ca2+, the fluorescence of NCaBD enhanced ~38% and its maximum emission wavelength shifts slightly from 352 nm to 354 nm (upper panel in Figure 2A).

The maximum magnitude of this wavelength shift is h/mec, which is known as the Compton wavelength.
Analysis of the spectra recorded in Fig. 1a, b specify the blue shift for maximum wavelength of γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles.
