The Leeds West MP said that some banks already set a maximum and questioned the effectiveness of this remedy.
Maximum 19 questions per section were used to assess users' current behaviours and psychosocial correlates (attitudes, self-efficacy, social support, perceived benefits and barriers, intentions) of sitting behaviours (see Table 1).
In addition, providing all information at once would make the assessment questionnaire prior to receiving the advice very long (a total of maximum 116 questions would have to be completed) and the advice itself would also be much longer (while the length of the advice in its current format was evaluated positively).
For symptom-based self-medication requests for cough, pharmacy staff in 1% of 76 encounters did not ask any questions and the maximum number of questions asked was 4. For product-based self-medication requests for cough, pharmacy staff in 91% of 69 encounters did not gather any information and the maximum number of questions asked was only 1.
Interim versions consisted of a maximum of 53 questions with 5 questions per domain.
The test consisted of 10 multiple choice questions (maximum score 10 points), 20 extended matching questions (maximum score 40 points), and two open questions asking the students to use the standard analytical problem-solving method taught during the block to solve an orthopaedic problem (maximum score 23 points) and a rheumatologic problem (maximum score 23 points).
One set of guidelines specifies the following maximum lengths: 20 questions for phone surveys; 60 questions for mailed surveys; and 80 questions for face-to-face interview surveys [ 38].

Of note, the BTA, GP notebook, and eMedicine all scored the maximum 5 for Question 14.
The maximum score for question 5 was changed from a maximum score of 2 to a score of either 1 or 0. Owing to the non-relevancy of question 16, it was excluded.
