It evidenced the presence of a strong and broad band whose maxima position is at about 1700 cm−1 which in combination with the band at 1470 cm−1 might indicate the presence of a natural resin.
It is assumed that to find an application of microfluidics in assessment of oocytes quality recovered from different size of follicles, a shift of a local minima or maxima position is investigated as main factor.
(3) Main maximum positions are determined by the "diffraction condition".
This band was deconvoluted into Gaussian profiles, whose maximum positions are connected with a certain type of oxygen atom structural arrangement in the oxide network, i.e., with Si O y –Si4 − y (1 ≤ y ≤ 4) molecular complexes (in the case of SiO x matrix) or with different kinds of SiO4 tetrahedra rings (in the case of SiO2 matrix).
