It is noteworthy that to maintain submerged cultivation maximum applicable concentration of raw down feathers is approximately 7% (w/v).
The daily maximum temperature during the cultivation of CA 13 batch was between 26 and 31 °C with daily maximum light intensities between 820 and 940 W/m2.
While the maximum temperature during the cultivation of CA 14 batch was between 32 and 38 °C with daily maximum light intensities between 820 and 960 W/m2 (Fig. 2).
