Maximal sensitivity was detected for TREK-1, which was inhibited by 77% when expressed in HEK-293 cells and Xenopus oocytes.
In addition, an optimal ILI case definition with maximal sensitivity was formulated based on our data.
Comparing the uncoupled and coupled results, we notice that introducing the coupling not surprisingly reduced the overall sensitivity: the maximal sensitivity was 4213 per percentage change (4213/%) without coupling and 745/% with coupling (for gM in both cases); the minimal sensitivity was 2.949·10−4/% without and 1.712·10−4/% with coupling (for gCaS).
