Currents measured immediately after the final step to −140 mV, were normalized by the maximal current (Imax) and plotted as a function of the preceding membrane potential (Fig. 4A, indicated by a grey arrow).
In agreement with a previous report [28], and our optical measurements, after 10 min. incubation with 5 mM MβCD we observed an increase in the maximal current (Imax) at +180 mV (Figure 5B).
