The Eocene shale samples from Alpha_1, Beta_1 and Zeta_1 wells have vitrinite reflectance values in the range 0.42 0.70 VRo %, 0.43 1.17 VRo %, 0.58 VRo–0.63 VRo %, respectively, indicating that they fall within the immature to thermally mature (Table 1).
According to Kohlberg's theory of moral development, people will proceed through stages of moral reasoning as they mature (Table 1).
While mature flower parts (stage 14 [ 27] were optimal, the stage of ovule development was critical, with guidance factors completely absent at ~32 hrs (stage 12a) and lower at ~16 24 hrs (stages 12b c) before flowers mature (Table 2, upper panel).
Total protein as a fraction of total mass and water soluble protein as a fraction of total protein both decreased for later harvesting dates, and the lignin fraction of total mass increased as the plants matured (Table 2).> -wrap-foot> Nothe the values in 'Total' are the sum of the italic values.
I64 T1 lines, expressing XynA, Xyn10A and Xyn11B from CEC4 and Xyn10A and Xyn11B from CEC5, required somewhat longer time to reach maturity and flower, generating, however, much higher leaf biomass with consistent spatial accumulation of the recombinant proteins, as assessed in 10 leaves of mature plants (Table 1; Table 2; Figure 6C).
The higher Rb value for the sub-basin 3 (6.58) and sub-basin 5 (5.79) indicates a mature topography (Table 6).
In the studied samples, the Tmax ranges from 285 to 444 °C, indicating immature to marginally mature samples (Table 2, Fig. 7a).
Among these the mean average of callus induction was 53.6%, 47.3%, 99%, for coleoptile, leaf base and mature seed (Table 2).
It was also found that the spectrum characteristic of extracellular pigments varied at low or high concentrations of TX aqueous solutions (Figs. 1, 2, 3); even the intracellular yellow and orange pigments were extracted at the same proportion in fermentation broth or mature cells (Table 1).
Strohbach et al. [32] applied growth data from a street-tree database of Leipzig, Germany, which was utilized for this case study, as non-linear regression functions better reflect a more natural pattern concerning a smaller annual DBH-growth for mature trees (Table 1).
However, 21 mature-star miRNAs were actually more abundant (0.01 0.74 relative ratio) than the corresponding mature sequences (Table S5).
