But as public health problems that were once emergencies have become more manageable and the infrastructures developed to address them have matured, policy makers have begun to take a broader look at housing health, says Ellen Tohn, president of the Wayland, Massachusetts, environmental consulting firm ERT Associates.
They always believed that Britain, with its enormous experience of dealing with empire and freedom struggles, would have a far more balanced and mature foreign policy.
It's not quite clear what the destination is, but diplomats (and financiers) regard pragmatism as a sign of a more mature foreign policy.
"For reasons of bureaucratic balkanization, program proliferation and a tendency to skew threat assessments toward worst-case scenarios, we still lack those important elements of a mature, effective policy to combat terrorism," he said.
Please, can we have a considered mature debate on policy?
"There is a mature, flexible foreign policy in a country that used to be polarized," said Mr. Keridis.
He said while wind was "definitely a mature technology", strong policy and financial innovation was needed to attract investors back to the marketplace.
"So we have a very mature cultural security policy up there and we make sure all our staff are very well oriented to cultural security and make sure there is no discrimination [and] no discrepancy that is received [sic] by anyone in our service".
This last trait is relevant to studying investment in power generation in mature markets undergoing policy shocks.
