Based on the expression of CD27 and CD11b, NK cells can be subdivided into immature, intermediate-mature, and mature subsets identified as CD27+CD11b−, CD27+CD11b+, and CD27−CD11b+, respectively (Hayakawa & Smyth, 2006).
And another model is the one we have, where we have a trajectory, where we are mature, and identified with our culture.
Table 1 and Figure 3 list the 15 mature miRNAs identified in the human gastric cardia.
