Wipe sampling captures only dust adhering to the tops of the carpet fibers, whereas most of the dust in the carpet matrix is located deeper in the pile.
The obtained matrix was located between the VTML series and the BLOSUM series on the PC1 PC2 plane and at the lower than most of the existing matrices on the PC3 axis (Supplementary Fig. S1).
Proteoglycans are either secreted in the extracellular matrix or are located at the cell membrane and intracellularly [ 1].

It remains to be clarified on which components of the extracellular matrix these functional groups are located.
Between the rings of matrix, the bone cells (osteocytes) are located in spaces called lacunae.
Additional proteins include Tim44, Tim16/Pam16, Tim14/Pam18, mtHsp70 and Mge1, all of which are located on the matrix side of the complex.
Interestingly, F1F0-ATP synthase alpha-subunit (ATP synthase α), beta-subunit (ATP synthase β), and mitochondrial DNA-encoded NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 (MTND1), which are located in mitochondrial matrix and innermembrane and are critical mediators for oxidative phosphorylation and energy production, slightly accumulated after IR in the Mieap− cells (Figure 8A).
