As in the medicinal material tab, clicking on a medicinal material prompts another search for the name of that medicinal material.
The name of the medicinal material is shown in the form of the "Latin Name (common name), [Korean name, Chinese name]" in the medicinal material tab, and pictures, scientific names, effects, treatments, and constituent compounds are under the name of the medicinal material.
Go to the "Materials" tab.
Then switch from the materials tab, to the displacement tab in the face edit sheet window.
You can find it right next to the "Materials" tab, then click the "New" button.
(2) Defining dimensions of an initial "pile" of material ('Piles' tab) or a flux source ('Flux Sources' tab), which adds mass over a specified time period and area at a specified rate, including shape, footprint, height, volume, position and initial velocity (if required).
Eight upregulated genes and 20 downregulated genes were significantly regulated in the same direction in both experimental systems (supplementary material Table S3, tab 2).
Finally, we performed a clustering analysis using DAVID (Huang et al., 2009) to detect pathways or functional annotation groups enriched among Zfy2-regulated genes (supplementary material Table S3, tab 4).
Interestingly, Hoxd8, Otx1 and Gli3 were highlighted by this analysis as well as by the comparison with the Xu et al. data (Xu et al., 2012) (supplementary material Table S3, tab 5).
For these, the agreement between batch 1 and batch 2 samples is very high (r=0.9094; supplementary material Table S3, tab 3), indicating that these are genuine transcriptional responses to the Zfy2 transgene.
