The stomach-churning, gin-based formula for the snowball boasts matching doses of Creme de Violette, Creme de Menthe, anisette and cream.
After providing informed consent, participants were randomized to receive 10 days' oral therapy as either 200 mg of fidaxomicin every 12 hours with intervening matching doses of placebo or 125 mg of vancomycin every 6 hours.
At 1 dpi, these 2 coefficients were higher in the mutant than in the matched dose of the WT, but lower at 2 dpi.
