Focal masses with smooth borders are associated with a high negative predictive value for malignancy [ 17].
CA are soft, raised masses, with smooth, verrucous, or lobulated aspects that may appear as pearly, filiform, fungating, or plaque-like eruptions.
All the primary tumors appeared as round to oval well-defined masses with smooth sharp outlines (Figs. 1, 2), were iso- to hypoattenuating compared with the muscle, and showed mild enhancement on contrast-enhanced CT (Fig. 1).
