Uncoated, coated, and denuded particles were characterized by electric-mobility size, particle and coating mass, and particle morphology.
The final process yield is then determined based on the weight of dry materials entering the coating process (the mass of the particles and the dry coating dispersion mass) and on the weight of dry materials exiting the coating process (the mass of the coated particles without agglomerates).
