The phrase "marker up" is not correct or usable in written English. Depending on the context, you may be able to use the terms "mark up" or "mark-up" meaning either to increase the price of something, or to add formatting to something. For example: The shopkeeper marked up the price of the furniture by 25%. Or The editor marked-up the online article before it was published.
