Sputum cultures were now persistently negative and his cavitating pulmonary nodules had markedly improved, confirmed on Chest x-ray and CT scan.
In order to verify the kinase-substrate relationships within the AMPK pathway, we treated the two MLL-rearranged cell lines SEM and RS4 11 with the commercial AMPK inhibitor Compound C.
