The electron separatrix is marked by the enhanced out-of-plane electron velocity, electron nongyrotropy, and divergence of electron pressure tensor, while it has no obvious effect on magnetic field and number density.
In order to qualify to register one's mark and receive the enhanced protections that flow from registration (giving the world notice of one's exclusive rights in the mark), the owner must have made "bona fide use of the mark in the ordinary course of trade, and not merely to reserve a right in the mark". Id. § 1127.
Knockdown MAF1 (KD MAF1) enhanced active histone marks H3K4me3, H3K27Ace, and H3K9Ace, whereas simultaneous knockdown of Pol III and MAF1 (KD M/Pol III) abolished the enhanced histone marks.

These ranges are well associated with the longitudes of the enhanced R areas that are marked as "D" and "E" in Figs. 2 and 3, respectively.
The minor effect of H3-K56Ac on RNA levels was surprising given that the enhanced nucleosome dynamics promoted by this histone mark are expected to generally promote transcription.
