Survivors who wished to report sexual violence turned to their community leaders primarily for advice and referrals within the local government hierarchy as well as to healthcare facilities and marital reconciliation services.
Covariates included in the full model were age, sex, marital status, service-connected disability level, race/ethnicity, residence, region, and comorbidities.
