To demonstrate their usefulness in comparative mapping, we carried out chromosomal assignment of 41 genes to infer inter-chromosomal rearrangements.
To obtain the mapping we carried out a per GO term evaluation and identified the genes associated with each GO term.
To orient the soluble heterodimers within the cryoEM map, we carried out a fitting search using the SAXS model and sampled the full rotational range.
