While most of the elemental maps recorded from Patch of Grass reflect the individual paint strokes that constitute the multicolored meadow, reconstruction of the flesh tones of the hidden head of a woman was possible by combining the Sb (yellow-orange, Naples Yellow) and Hg (red, vermillion) distributions.

Fig. 2 shows representative epicardial and endocardial MAPs recorded from isolated, mouse hearts perfused with either normokalemic (5.2 m m [K+]o) (Fig. 2a) or hypokalaemic (4 or 3 m m [K+]o) (Fig. 2b,c) physiological buffer solutions, at a BCL of 125 ms. Reductions in [K+]o to 4 and 3 m m did not significantly alter the endocardial APD50 (n = 18) (Table 2).
