The interval of line mapping points is set as 0.5 μm.
In [ 2], we showed that for most genomes, S < 1/3, that is, the mapping points are within the inscribed sphere of the RT.
Elhaik et al. claimed that "the inscribed sphere calculations were erroneous", and the conclusion that S < 1/3 and the mapping points are within the inscribed sphere is "a consequence of a mathematical error", because they noted that the radius of the inscribed sphere of the RT involved is 1/4 rather than 1 / 3 [ 5].
A total of 3324 LV-mapping points were acquired and analysed in 10 patients (Tables 1 – 4 ).
The mean CF at each mapping point was arbitrarily classified as low CF (<10 g), moderate CF (10 39 g), high CF (40 99 g), or excessively high CF (≥100 g).
As a result, nearby map points are produced to represent nearby original data points, while distant map points are derived to reflect the original data points that are far apart.
The low dimensional data, known as map points, is learned by minimizing the Kullback Leibler (KL) divergence between the probability distributions in the original data space and the embedding space.
APBS is run with the finite differencing scheme option; therefore, all map points are associated with a regular grid in 3-space.
KEGG map points are then requested for each selected pathway (API methods: get_enzymes_by_pathway, get_genes_by_pathway,) and stored in an internal tabular format.
From such 3D maps, several points were chosen and the laser testing illumination was directed for these points only.
