RH mapping is useful, since markers to be mapped need not be polymorphic and one can establish the order of markers that are difficult to resolve by genetic mapping owing to low genetic recombination rates.
If the ith fragment (i ∈ M) straddles the fusion point, then the corresponding pair is expected to have an RF discordant mapping (owing to aberrant orientation, as explained in [ 25]) to positions s i and e i on the reference genome as shown in Figure 8.
Besides, there are many lower peaks distributed in mess all over the range-velocity map, owing to interferences 2 and 3.
Estimates of recombination are affected by the form of selection (allelic vs. zygotic), by the dominance of viability genes, and by the dominance of markers (Lorieux et al. 1995; Liu 1998), which suggests that impacts of segregation distortion are likely to vary within and among linkage maps, owing to variation in the underlying modes of selection.
On the genetic maps, marker orders and intermarker distances vary across families and mapping methods, owing to an abundance of markers segregating from only one parent, to widespread distortions of segregation ratios caused by early mortality, as previously observed for oysters, and to genotyping errors.
As shown in Fig. 1, dentin and enamel cannot be effectively differentiated by autofluorescence intensity mapping alone, owing to their similar spectral profiles.
The latter mapping is better, owing to the smaller delta size.
InDels and SNPs are the markers of choice for high-resolution genetic mapping and association studies owing to their abundance and distribution throughout the genome [ 22, 23].
These maps became very valuable, owing to their utility in trade, war, and soul-saving, and were jealously guarded as state secrets.
This difference could be due to the wave-associated perturbations, which are not mapped by satellite observation owing to poor vertical resolution and difference in time of the observations and sampling volume (±5° latitude/longitude from the lidar locations).
As a final comment, it should be pointed out that explaining the consequences of dynamic effects on static maps entails significant difficulties owing to the incorporation of the temporal component.
