Mutual orientation indicates that people are involved in discussion.
Given that L2 is morphologically distinguishable [11] and that this area shows distinct, quantifiable response patterns, we used the spatial distribution of response stereotypy indices as a functional map to indicate the position and orientation of the electrode array in the auditory forebrain with respect to this subarea in each bird.

Interestingly, a recent statistical analysis of orientation preference maps in primates indicates that there are correlations between the direction of the topographic axis joining pairs of columns with similar orientation preferences and their common orientation [ 34].
If the two reads of a matepair map to the genome with the same orientations, this indicates an inversion.
Detailed structural mapping indicates the occurrence of systematic relationships between the orientation of the main subsidiary fault zones, the orientation and position of the two main joint sets developed in the fault damage zones, and the overprinting relationships between the two main joint sets themselves.
However, density for the motor domains in the N255K maps clearly indicates that a wild-type binding orientation is not achieved in either case.
