As shown in Fig. 5, different from the single-valued mapping of standard transformation curve of red line, the actual wind power transformation is a multi-valued mapping, shown as the blue scatterplot.
A map of standard errors of the kriged taxonomic distance residuals to the nearest centroidal soil type can be made to indicate spatial uncertainty.
Figure 3B shows a map of standard errors, indicating that the highest errors are found in the SNNP regions followed by Amhara and Oromiya regions, compared to the rest of the country.
The analysis, based on test scores in maths and science, is a much wider global map of education standards than the OECD's Pisa tests, which focus on more affluent industrialised countries.
In the next work, research into symbol analysis will be carried out to further improve and optimise the method of automatic symbol recognition, especially the recognition of polygon symbols, so that the conversion of maps between different mapping standards can be realised more rapidly and accurately.
We exemplify the capabilities and versatility of HelioScan by demonstrating several in vivo brain imaging modes, including camera-based intrinsic optical signal imaging for functional mapping of cortical areas, standard two-photon laser-scanning microscopy using galvanometric mirrors, and high-speed in vivo two-photon calcium imaging using either acousto-optic deflectors or a resonant scanner.

A summary of associated challenges of and possible solutions is presented in this review and includes: 1) a discussion of tools to monitor quality of data as it is collected and encourage adoption of data mapping standards; 2) sharing of time-series data (not just summary maps or regions); and 3) the use of analytic approaches which maximize sharing potential as much as possible.
