We obtained 7,654,486 uniquely mapping tags (i.e. tags that map to only one place in the human genome) for replicate 1 and 11,341,812 uniquely mapping tags for replicate 2. However, the number of peaks identified for each replicate was fairly small; 192 peaks for replicate 1 and 273 peaks for replicate 2. To determine the quality of the ChIP-seq data, we used the ENCODE overlap standards.
