Estimating the relaxation constant of an exponentially decaying signal from experimental MR data is fundamental in diffusion tensor imaging, fractional anisotropy mapping, measurements of transverse relaxation rates and contrast agent uptake.
The smallest roughness features that we can spot in the image are shown in Figure 4b and have dimensions in the order of about 20 nm. Figure 4c shows EDAX mapping measurements of the same sample.
The test programme includes the evaluation of thermal hydraulic performance of SG, instability mapping, measurement of tube bundle vibrations etc.
Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) mapping measurement of surface and embedded InAs QDs were also carried out for direct investigation of InAs QD capped by GaAsBi SRL.
In order to make a direct investigation to the influence of GaAsBi capping layer on the geometrical shape of InAs QDs, we carried out the EDX mapping measurement of surface and embedded InAs QDs, as shown in Fig. 4.
Due to the myriad mapping artifacts that will occur in an interspecies mapping, measurement of putative intraspecies variation with this approach is likely to be the most error prone.
Nevertheless, our use of MAP measurements did permit direct visualizations of AP waveform, and the presence or absence of either concordant or discordant alternans, which would only indirectly be apparent from ARIs offered by mapping methods.
Also, if a new angle measurement is not a possible angle measurement of the map, or if it is not within a plausible range of acceptable map measurements, RescueMe does not change the current angle's measurement to the new one.
Values for the excitation intensities and pixel dwell times required for aberration map measurements, or alternatively achievable resolution of the aberration maps, should thus be determined on a case-by-case basis.
However, in our experiments we do not know the true fitness function for P450 BM3 enzymes evolving in nature (this would require full knowledge of the complex interactions among the protein, the bacteria's metabolism, and a potentially fluctuating environment), and so we cannot confidently map our measurements of P450 enzymatic activities to the fitness landscape.
