Autofinish, one of the most popular computer programs, is used in many genome sequencing centers, such as The Genome Center at the University of Washington, the Berkeley Drosophila Genome Project at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and the Lita Annenberg Hazen Genome Center at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory among others [ 55].
