The phrase "many more courses" is grammatically correct and commonly used in written English.
It typically refers to a large number of additional options or choices that are available. Example: "Students can select from a variety of courses in the humanities, sciences, and engineering, and many more courses are offered each semester to meet their diverse interests and academic goals."
