Preparation and freezing in this manner have been shown not to affect the survival of day 7 postvaccine plasmablasts (Kyu et al., 2009).

Cross sections of the simulated surface profile is shown in Fig. 7. Interestingly, the modelling has shown that the edge-profile is insensitive to changing the in-fill factor in the manner shown, and therefore we have not progressed this idea further.
A first structural characterization of these mutants by chaotrope-induced fluorescence shift showed that the proteins were folded in a CXCL8-like manner (results not shown).
