The findings indicate that CaLD caregivers are at different levels in terms of readiness in accessing, planning and managing dementia services.
The lower level of participation of CaLD groups in planning, negotiating and managing dementia services may be a result of a lack of knowledge about dementia care and the range of dementia services.
