The overall conclusion from the various fluorescent and HRP injections is that the anterior medial thalamic nucleus receives many inputs from the posterior cingulate and retrosplenial cortices, with area 23 and, to a lesser extent, area 30 providing the majority of these projections.
At the average monthly time-scale, a majority of the hydrologic projections varied in peak streamflow timing, peak streamflow magnitude, summer streamflows, as well as overall increases or decreases compared to the historical monthly streamflows.
Melanopsin-expressing RGCs represent a large majority of the retinal projections to the entrainment center, the SCN, and the area underlying masking, the ventral subparaventricular zone (approximately 70% of the total retinal input), but only a minority of the retinal projection to the critical node of PLR circuit OPT (about 10%) [27].
