It is still uncertain whether MFHs represent a separate entity or if the majority correspond to highly pleomorphic leiomyosarcomas, but our work identified genomic differences between these two tumour groups and supports the existence of two separate entities.
As a consequence, the targeted combinations with B in majority correspond to the mixture of five homokaryon strains in equal proportions.
Similarly to our results, the shot-gun proteomics approach from Tsang et al. [ 18] identified about 200 secretome-associated proteins, from which the large majority correspond to in silico classified SP proteins, confirming the validity of our approach.
On the other hand, when we compared active windows with ChromHMM labels in the other cell line, the majority corresponds to ChromHMM silent windows (Additional file 1: Figure S5C and D), as expected.
In a similar analysis of the EST singletons, the vast majority corresponded to transcripts previously observed exclusively in berry cDNA libraries, but only 207 were stage II berries (Table 4B).
However, Hieda et al. [ 27] reported that the majority corresponds to the double positive nerves (nNOS+, VIP−, TH+), especially in males, in contrast to a small number of the triple positive nerves (nNOS+, VIP+, TH+) and the single positive sympathetic nerves (nNOS−, VIP−, TH+).
Nevertheless, only a small fraction of DMRs represents failure in erasure of somatic DNA methylation, whereas the vast majority corresponds to either hypomethylation (defects in the methylation of genomic regions that are marked in hESCs) or the appearance of iPSC-specific methylation patterns, not present in hESCs or the somatic cell type of origin.
Such a requirement transforms the web of trust into a snapshot of a global social network of acquaintances, since the vast majority of keys correspond to human users, which tend to sign keys of people with which they normally interact.
(2) The vast majority of LEATs correspond to WHO Grade I [ 52, 53].
All the motifs we find have been documented in the TRANSFAC database [ 45], and the majority of them correspond to those that have been reported by [ 9].
The vast majority of these correspond to AluS sequences, which drove the Alu element expansion in primate that started 35 40 Myr ago.
