Unpreparedness for exam, academic workload, getting good marks, and not to fail in exams were the major reasons reported by our study participants for cheating.
The major reasons reported by caregivers for missing medicines include: child being depressed (24.4%), drug side effects (16.3%), too many pills (15.5%) and difficulty in swallowing pills (13.3%).
Low salaries, persistent unavailability of the necessary equipment for service delivery, inadequate performance evaluation and feedback, poor communication between workers and management and lack of participation in decision-making were among major reasons reported for the dissatisfaction.
