KEGG is the major public database used for pathway analysis.
KEGG is a major public database of biological pathways, and significant enrichment in KEGG categories can identify differentially expressed genes involved in the main biochemical metabolic pathways and signal transduction pathways.

Here we quantify the agreement between curated interactions from 15 471 publications shared across nine major public databases.
