After microtextural observations using backscattered electron images (BEIs) using the EPMA, major element analysis (Si, Ti, Al, Fe, Mn, Mg, Ca, Na, K S, Cl and F) were performed with an accelerating voltage of 15 kV, probe current of 12 nA and probe diameter of 4 μm, using a wavelength-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (WDS) and the ZAF correction.
