The main objective of this study was to determine the interactive effects of contact guidance and electrical field stimulation on elongation and orientation of fibroblasts and cardiomyocytes, major cell populations of the myocardium.
From cross-data comparison, it is clear that aging gene network of aged brain tissue samples is relatively similar to that of Dlx2+/Dcx+ cells, and to a lesser extent, cultured NSC/NPCs (Fig. S4), suggesting that in brain tissues surrounding EZ-SEZ/SVZ, Dlx2+/Dcx+ NB might represent one of the major cell populations.
The assay panel allows the enumeration of major cell populations: granulocytes, eosinophils, monocytes, CD4 and CD8 T cells, B cells and NK cells.
From these TDLNs and HLNs that have similar proportions of T and B cells, we first compared the spatial grouping patterns of these two major cell populations against each other.
