Figure 6(b) depicts when and : the main peak has been removed and the second one can be now identified.
The thermograms of PP control sample shows a single crystallization peak at 114 °C, whereas that of PP/PS-b is featured by a main peak at 113 °C with low temperature shoulder and a trace of peak at 74 °C.
For the core release cases (Fig. 6 left panels), it can be seen that a main peak of the histogram appears for cases A and B between the travel times of 0.5 and 1.0 s.
After 180 min, cinnamaldehyde reduced obviously to 1.93% (peak a in Fig. 3B), while the main component in the nutrient broth changed into cinnamyl alcohol (peak b in Fig. 3B), which increased from 2.03% at 0 min to 82.04% at 180 min (peak b in Fig. 3).
As one would expect, when these spectra are normalised the SERS effect is less apparent (Fig. 5B-C and B-D); however, surprisingly many of the main peak intensities are higher in control compared to cancer.
Analysis of glycosylated MLP using ESI-TOF LC/MS detected a main peak with a more precise molecular weight of 63,870.8 Da (fig. 7 B).
(B ) Size exclusion chromatogram of recombinant R23A FTH1-only complexes with main peak noted at approximately 14 ml corresponding to an apparent 450 kDa molecular weight.
For the higher shell of the sorption samples, there are two main characteristic peaks (Fig. 4b), peak A (~3.07 Å, phase shift uncorrected) of pH6.0-Cu0.4 pH6.0-Cu0.4.14 Å) of peak0-Cu4.0 and peak C (~3.44 Å) of the two samples.
The gradient program was a linear increase from 0 to 60% B over 60 min. Only minor peptide impurities were detected as small peaks eluting earlier than the main peak, barely above the baseline noise.
However, the main decays of peaks B and C can be fitted with a single exponential curve, and the decay times are estimated to be 0.85 and 0.81 ns, respectively.
