Compared to those from TGA, the DTG peak of every sample pyrolysis on macro-TGA delayed, and only one main peak appeared on hemicellulose with macro-TGA.
While investigating the planar SiNW FTIR spectrum, the main peak appeared at 1,105 cm-1; it is mostly the signature of the asymmetrical stretching of the Si-O-Si bond, and relying on previous works, it is mainly related to the silicon substrate [24].
