The main effect between various factors and interactions are independent.
ANOVA revealed no significant surgical group main effect between SDV and shams for time spent in the open section (F[1,19] = 0.0454, p = 0.833) (Fig. 2f; left) and number of open section entries (F[1,19] = 4.861, p = 0.731) (Fig. 2f; right).
