These pathways (i.e. ErbB Signalling, Wnt signalling, Long-Term Depression, Long-Term Potentiation and several cancer pathways) mainly represent signalling pathways which in our model define the main domain of interaction between chemicals and cellular molecular response (Figure 8).

And what are physiologically relevant affinities of PDZ domain interactions?
Several works aimed at inferring domain interactions from protein interactions [ 11, 12] or integrating domain and protein interactions to better explain interactions at the domain level [ 13].
This gave a score of central tendency for each of the three main domains: Total Reciprocal Social Interaction (15 items), Total Verbal/non-verbal Communication (13 items; for non-verbal patients the median score was based on 9 items), Total Stereotypies (8 items).

These observations led to the distinction of two main domains, corresponding to two distinct types of interaction between creep, fatigue and oxidation.
