Generally, the log mean Divisia index model was found to be the most commonly used method [73] for economy, industry or sector level analyses, where the main effects are often separated into production volume, inter-sector structure, energy intensity, fuel mix and/or carbon emission factor.
As the median (LOS = 8 days) and 75th percentile (LOS = 9 days) differed by only one day we conducted a sensitivity analyses where we repeated the main analysis using the 90th percentile to define prolonged LOS (>12 days).
