"Made completion" is not a natural or commonly used phrase in written English
It is possible for it to be used, but it may be seen as awkward or unclear by readers. Here is an example of how it could be used in a sentence: "After months of hard work and dedication, the team finally made completion of the project." This sentence means that the team completed the project after working on it for a long time. However, it would sound more natural to say "achieved completion" or "reached completion" instead of "made completion."
