The design of experiment (DOE) was arranged by L32 orthogonal array (OA) between the machining input parameters namely pulse on-time, pulse off-time, pulse peak current, dielectric fluid pressure and servo feed rate and the output responses like machining speed and surface roughness (Ra).
This paper presents the outcome obtained by the experimental studies that are carried out to conduct an investigation on the effect of electrical discharge machining processes (EDM) input parameters on the characteristics of output process parameters.
The present study of recycling of waste plastic has been performed on single screw extruder machine by considering various input parameters (namely: barrel temperature, die temperature, and screw speed/rpm).
The effect of input parameters and machining conditions on the effectiveness of tool vibration during ECM has been fully investigated.

To this end, produced using plastic injection process, nano-composite samples were laser machined with various combinations of input parameters such as feed rate (35, 45, and 55 mm/min), feed angle with injection flow direction (0°, 45°, and 90°), and MWCNT content (0.5, 1, and 1.5 wt%).
Easily acquired field data have been used as the input parameters for the machine learning process.
The regression equation for output machining characteristics (MR and SR) and input parameters can be obtained using generalized Eq. (2) and experimental data in Table 2.
Considering the input process parameters such as Current (amp), Pulse on time (µs) and pulse off time (µs), dielectric pressure (kg/cm2) for machining the effect of this following input parameters on output characteristics like Material Removal Rate (MRR), Tool Wear Rate (TWR), Wear Ratio (WR) and machining time.
In the present work, the effect of CNC and manual CO2 laser machining together with various combination of input parameters such as feed rate, feed angle with injection flow direction, and MWCNT content on resulted electrical conductivity of HDPE/MWCNT composite was investigated.
