Granted, Yale's musical recruitment video is ludicrous (The Talk of the Town, by Ben McGrath, February 15th & 22nd).
Just as we now find it ludicrous to talk of "big software" – as if size in itself were a measure of value – we should, and will one day, find it equally odd to talk of "big data".

Let's look past the mainstream media frenzy over the personal feud between Obama and Cheney, past the ludicrous GOP talking points, and instead focus on a real story that could allow us to hold Cheney accountable.
