Studies focusing on more strategic games have described an association between this type of gambling (namely poker and casino) and severity of the behavior, impulsivity and emotional regulation deficits [ 22, 23], whereas studies looking at non-strategic gambling have found this to be more associated with low sensation-seeking [ 24].
Our results suggest that subjects prefer medium-complex advertising comprising "3D advertising elements with an avatar" or "2D advertising elements with self-referencing": high-sensation seekers and low-need-for-cognition viewers prefer the former, whereas low-sensation seekers and high-need-for-cognition viewers prefer the latter.
The authors also suggest a synergistic effect of psychological and physical sensory conditions on pain modulation, where acceptance coping may be considered similar to a passive coping strategy group, while expectations of low pain sensation may be related to expectations produced by low acupuncture sensation intensity in this study.
These chemicals are not considered to have neurotoxic effects, so it is unlikely that the low vibration sensation or change in DL is due to these chemicals.
The improvement in clinical conditions obtained with very low pain sensation, absence of complications and good QoL perceived after the procedure render PEIT an optimum and more recommendable alternative to thyroid surgery.
