The 5-year RFS rates were 74%% for the high rate of change in CD8+ TIL group and 20%% for the low-rate group, and the 5-year BCSS rates were 81%% for the high rate of change in CD8+ TIL group and 52%% for the low-rate group (Fig. 5a, b).
Comparing performance evaluated for the low-rate group with that of the high-rate group, the MCC values decreased from 0.44 to 0.297 and from 0.494 to 0.387 for maximum parsimony and stochastic mapping, respectively.
TNBCs classified into the high rate of change in CD8+ TIL group had a significantly better RFS than those with a low rate of change (P=0.011), and BCSS was suggestively better in the high rate of change in the CD8+ TIL group compared with the low-rate group (P=0.064).
On the other hand, changes in thyroid volume and TSH value did not occur in the two patients belonging to the low reduction rate group.
We found that the evolutionary rate of miRNAs in the low evolutionary rate group is lower than that of miRNAs in the high evolutionary rate group (median miRNA evolutionary rate: 0.031 vs. 0.061, P = 0.05, Wilcoxon test, Figure 2A).
We further classified the TF-miRNA pairs connected by transcriptional activation signals into two equal groups based on the evolutionary rate of their TFs: a low evolutionary rate group and a high evolutionary rate group.
Only foot surgery had significantly more SSIs in group B, with very low rates in group A. In multivariable analysis with groups A and B merged, only age was predictive of SSI in a statistically significant manner.
There were high rates of metastases in Group A, low rates in Groups C and D, and hardly any metastases in Groups B and E. In this study we used different strategies for CXCR4 silencing.
