Geosciences Laser Altimeter System (GLAS) space LiDAR data are used to attribute a MODerate resolution Imaging Spectrometer (MODIS) 500 m land cover classification of a 10° latitude by 12° longitude study area in south-central Siberia.
Thus, a longitude study was conducted in order to identify the causal relation.
Participant home latitude and longitude at study entry was geocoded using ArcGIS 9.3.1 or 10.1 (ESRI, Redlands, CA) in conjunction with TeleAtlas Dynamap 2000 v16.1 road network (TeleAtlas, Boston, MA).

Second, for a geographic factor, serious TB prevalence appeared in the areas with higher elevation, lower latitude and lower longitude in this study, which suggested that relatively serious TB prevalence occurred in western and southwestern China.
The lack of difference in longitudes may be because most studies located in a particular longitude band.
The Semrakalwana village (=4.31 km2), located in Tons river basin is considered as a study area (latitude 25o16′31N and longitude 82o4′55E) for this present study (Fig. 1).
