Treatment of mice with the lower MW conjugate at a dose of 10 mg DOX eq./kg resulted in 12% long-term surviving animals, while treatment with the corresponding star conjugate enabled 75% survival of animals.
Anti-hCTLA4Ig antibodies could be detected in long-term surviving animals, but the extent of humoral response was not severe.
