This paper presents simulation logical model of traffic management outside the station, which provides support for evaluation (as shown in Fig. 2).
Kazama and Okubo (2009) and Naujoks et al. (2010) calculated the water distribution around a gravity observation point such that hydro-logical simulations based on both hydrogeological observations and subsurface-structure assumptions and surveys were needed.
Then, we developed logical model of traffic management simulation and presented transitive relation among different simulation types.
The benefits of a common logical model for biomolecular simulations was illustrated through various use cases, including data storage, indexing, and presentation.
While most of the data described in a logical model for biomolecular simulations can be directly parsed from the input and output files, dictionaries containing standard definitions and values for certain data elements need to be prepopulated.
Simulations of the logical model, which was introduced above, generate transitions between states defined by the values of the variables at time t = 0, …, n.
This process might be exceptionally speeded-up if integration between logical and simulation modeling might be achieved by automatic model translation, thus realizing a process we might call "virtual design and evaluation of complex systems".
The logical model presented here defines a domain that should be sufficient to index biomolecular simulation data at the experiment level.
Unfortunately, as it is well known, after building a complex logical model, the model itself could not predict system behavior unless translated in a corresponding simulation model.
