The confirmed chromosomal locations of GBS07859, Xcfd15, and TaOPR-A1 altogether support the location of GBS linkage group 4 on the short arm of chromosome 1A in wheat.
First, the sequence of a GBS marker under the peak of the QTL was searched in IWGSC databases to determine the chromosomal location of the linkage group.
